Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please be advised that I require 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling that takes place within this 24 hour window and cannot be filled will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Lyndsay is a Registered Acupuncturist and Certified Yoga instructor. Earning her Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in 2017.

Lyndsay believes in weaving the whole lifestyle with the treatments she provides.

She incorporates dietary therapy, lifestyle changes and movement into her treatment plans. Helping people to continue improving their health at home.

Lyndsay has a special interest in the digestive system, mental health and injury recovery using Traditional Chinese Medicine. She understands that using all of the modalities of Chinese Medicine including cupping, moxabustion, gua sha and Chinese Massage can be integral to some of her clients needs.
